Billie Dalton is the high-strung director of Freedom in Chains, who has directed several largely unsuccessful plays on Lono.
Early Life[]
Has worked with many famous earth-theatre actors and stream stars, but never found success. For decades they have put on niche high-art theatre shows but the tickets never sold well.
History[]
When Juno Steel shows up after having been hired by Warner Jayne, Billie doesn't like him but accepts his help. When they ask Juno to not tell anyone about the animosity behind the scenes, he doesn't, much to their relief.

High-strung, stressed out, slightly hysterical, not having a good time.

Billie does not like Carrie, and cites her poor acting as one of the reasons their dream play won't be a reality.
