Brahma is a planet located on The Outer Rim of the galaxy.

All crime is dealt with via the Guardian Angel System, housed in the floating city of New Kinshasa.^[1]

This Guardian Angel System caused many criminals to have orphan children, known as Pests, who wear the name proudly.

History[]

Peter Nureyev and Slip Jackson lived in hiding together on this planet in the months after Nureyev briefly took down the Guardian Angel System, and grew up there together with the other Pests.^[2]

Slip Jackson noted several places that had weaker security systems, and stole sparkling celebration water from one of them right before he and Nureyev left for Saraswati.^[3]

Brahma's name is probably inspired by the many faced creator god of Hinduism of the same name.
