The Death Mask of Grimpotheuthis or 'Grimm's Mask' is an ancient Martian artifact that was excavated from a Martian tomb by Croesus Kanagawa during the filming of one of his stream shows. It was presumed to have been used for rituals of some sort and allowed the ancient Martians to split their faces apart.[1] According to Sasha Wire, Grimpotheuthis has earned eternal rest, and upon disturbance, it would kill whoever threatened the mask's peace.
Croesus was later killed by the artifact after his daughter, Cassandra Kanagawa, accidentally pushed him into the mask and it tried to split his face in three. The mask succeeded.
