New Kinshasa is a city floating over Brahma.[1] New Kinshasa used to control Brahmese government and keep revolts and revolutions under control. One thing that allowed New Kinshasa to hold power over Brahma for so long was its implementation of the Guardian Angel System. The Outer Rim government has not supported this system on Brahma in the past, but seems to have done little to stop it from occurring, regardless. New Kinshasa planned to use the system to lower crime rates and act as a big security camera.
The Guardian Angel System never left Brahma.[2]
History[]
The Guardian Angel System was temporarily shut down soon after Peter Nureyev and Mag broke into the base of Guardian Angel operations disguised as dignitaries. Peter Nureyev tells the constables who found him to see him as a terrorist on New Kinshasa for threatening to drop the city out of the sky if it doesn't stop using the Guardian Angel system to attack Brahmese citizens and force them into coercion.
However, three months later, the Guardian Angel System is back in effect, and Nureyev was unable to follow up on his threat.[3]
