Senator Snoutt of the Warhogs is a warhog who was behind the fear monster who attacked The Second Citadel. He is interested in keeping the war between humans and monsters going for as long as possible so that he can sell Warhog weapons. Porkus and Trotter were his Horc warriors. His home is the Warhog Burrows.

Early Life

Snoutt grew up in the Warhog Burrows and became known as a wise and respected leader. He managed to get spies in the Second Citadel. He convinces The Monster Senate, with the help of Senator Gunkler, to attack the Queen with psychic monsters. This attack is unsuccesful and backfires by losing them Porkus and Trotter. Snoutt allows Gunkler to take most of the blame for this incident.

History

When Talfryn and Rilla try to appeal to the Monster Senate to help fight against the Off-Worlders, Snoutt speaks against them and convinces the Senate to execute the humans while proposing to attack the Off-Worlders at the same time as the Citadel does. He later speaks with Gunkler about how he already knew about the Off-World invaders from his spies in the Citadel, and how he intends to keep the war going for as long as possible.

When Olala, Caroline and Lord Arum try to get the Monster Senate to cooperate with the Queen against the Off-Worlders, Snoutt is the most against it. He eventually caves, however, when Quanyii shows visions of all the Senators homes in ruin.

Personality

Snoutt is an old, gruff, and rough-around-the-edges Warhog. He does not tolerate disrespect and commands himself with an air of control.

Able to use a crossbow in battle.

Senator Gunkler

Despite working together for years, Snoutt clearly doesn't like Gunkler and would easily double-cross him.
