Skipper Rao is the head of security of the Rao Estate, but they want to leave the family business behind them. They don't particularly like their grandfather, and often act petulantly around him.
Early Life[]
Raised in the Rao family business, and been around it their whole life, but have no love for it and want to leave Tyr and live their own life as soon as possible.
History[]
When Juno arrives to offer his security services to the Raos, Skipper doesn't like him on principle and kicks him out. Later that night their mother asks them to watch over the garden, which they don't do a very good job of as they manage to let both Juno and Nureyev sneak in. Every time Rita calls a meeting, they act generally offended at being summoned.
Personality[]
Often petulant and childish, very tired. Often acts very grumpy. Wants to leave the family business behind, and often brings this up when around their family.
Abilities[]
Incredibly large and strong, able to lift Juno and carry him outside with little effort.

Melinda Rao[]
In their own words, the vibe is just better when their grandfather isn't around. Skipper and Melinda still have their spats, but they're much more willing to do what she says than Horace.

Skipper dislikes Horace a lot. They especially disagree with his treatment of their mother
